Phil Ford understands what Kendall Marshall, UNC face


was a lot of things to UNC – an iconic figure holding four fingers above his head, an assistant Tar Heel coach for a dozen seasons and a point guard who held the school’s career scoring record for more than 30 years. What you might have forgotten, however, was how tough Ford was. If anyone knows what will go through the next time he plays a game -- whenever that happens -- it is Ford. (Charlotte Observer)
