With Kendall Marshall watching from the bench, top-seeded North Carolina overcame a late four-point deficit and a season-high 24 turnovers to force overtime and grind out a 73-65 victory over No. 13 seed Ohio on Friday. Tyler Zeller delivered the first 20-20 performance in North Carolina NCAA Tournament history with 20 points and a career-high 22 rebounds.
