Parker still has shot at title
Posted Oct 26, 2007
There's nothing more Willie Parker enjoys more than helping the Steelers win games. And it if he can achieve an individual milestone doing it, that makes victory even sweeter. Parker's 93-yard rushing effort Sunday night wasn't enough to help the Steelers (4-2) beat the Denver Broncos (3-3), who won a 31-28 thriller. But they were enough to keep him in the hunt for the NFL rushing title. Parker now has 600 yards and ranks fifth in the league.
