Tar Heels expected to get Brandon Tate back soon


has recovered from a mild concussion and was expected to return to practice yesterday for North Carolina. Tate, a junior receiver and return specialist, also is expected to be ready for North Carolina’s next game, Oct. 27 at Wake Forest. North Carolina has an open date on Saturday and is practicing on an abbreviated schedule, with Coach giving his players time off to rest and recover from injuries. (Winston-Salem Journal)
