Posted Jun 1, 2012
North Carolina sophomores Luke Davis and Jackson Simmons have been awarded scholarships for the 2012-13 basketball season, a school official confirmed to Inside Carolina on Friday. Due to the early NBA departures of Harrison Barnes, John Henson and Kendall Marshall, UNC’s roster for next season had been down to 10 scholarship players, three shy of the NCAA maximum of 13.
