Rout remembered by Heels

Eighteen years ago, Tommy Thigpen promised he would never forget what coach Steve Spurrier and Duke did to North Carolina in 1989 at Kenan Stadium. Eighteen years later, some of Thigpen's teammates can't forgive Spurrier as he returns to Kenan as South Carolina's coach for today's 3:30 p.m. game with the Tar Heels.
