A faded red hoop was bolted above garage bays, slightly bent forward. Nearby was a rack of Kelly Tires, and a 3-point-shot distance. Closer to Route 537 were a couple of gas pumps at the C&H Tire Performance Center where Desmond Hubert’s uncle Henry, the owner of C&H, used to school him in basketball when the nephew was about to enter high school.
