Karl Towns on campaign trail in N.C., Julius Randle cuts list to 10
Posted Aug 27, 2012
Politicians aren’t the only high-profile people making the rounds in North Carolina. Prep basketball star Karl Towns has also been in a campaigning mood. Towns took unofficial visits to North Carolina, N.C. State and Duke late last week, posing for pictures with each head coach and posting them on Twitter. Ranked the top player in the Class of 2015, the 6-foot-11 Towns has three years of high school left if he doesn’t reclassify, so he’s in no rush to choose a college.
