Kennedy Meeks Signs With UNC

Kennedy Meeks, a 6-9 forward from Charlotte, N.C., has signed a National Letter of Intent to attend the University of North Carolina and play basketball. Meeks attends West Charlotte High School, where he plays for Coach Baronton Terry. "We are very pleased that Kennedy has chosen to attend UNC," says Tar Heel head coach Roy Williams. Meeks is one of three players to sign Letters of Intent during the fall signing period along with Nate Britt, a guard from Upper Marlboro, Md., and Isaiah Hicks, a forward from Oxford, N.C.
