Through two games, Brandon Tate (five catches, 176 yards, three TDs) has been the most productive of a Tar Heels wide receiving corps that many consider the most talented and deepest in the ACC. Count Tate among the believers. “I think we’re the best in the conference,” he said. “And it starts with our confidence. We have a mentality that no matter where T.J. throws the ball we’re going to make tremendous catches.”
