Video: Devin Booker is a "Lights-Out" Shooter

Devin Booker is a 6'4" shooting guard who is ranked #19 in the class of 2014 by ESPN. Evan Daniels of Scout.com reported that Booker will be visiting Duke and North Carolina this weekend. The lights out shooter has been climbing the 2014 rankings after a strong summer on the AAU circuit.
