Joel James cleared to return from concussion

North Carolina coach Roy Williams says freshman Joel James has been cleared to return from a concussion that sidelined him for three straight games. Williams says it's unclear whether 6-foot-10 center's conditioning is good enough to play Saturday against North Carolina State after the layoff. (WRAL Sports Fan)
