ECU's Khalif Mitchell will play against former team
Posted Sep 7, 2007
Khalif Mitchell always will have a spot in UNC football history. But this week Mitchell's focus is on making history against the Tar Heels. Now a junior defensive tackle at East Carolina, Mitchell is fired up for the chance to play against his former team Saturday (6 p.m., CSTV) at Dowdy-Ficklen Stadium. The Tar Heels are making just their second trip to Greenville, and the Pirates are seeking their first win against UNC in front of their home fans.
