The biggest mistake that occurred this summer in Atlantic Coast Conference football is Brandon Tate of Carolina was not named to the preseason all-conference team as a kick returner. Yes, N.C. State's Darrell Blackman has some nice statistics as far as average yards per return. He is a fine athlete and an excellent return man. Nonetheless, Tate is extraordinary. (Tar Heel Daily)
