Kwe Parker's windmill dunk off an alley-oop pass from Dennis Smith Jr. ranked No. 1 on SportsCenter's "Top Ten" segment Sunday. Parker, 16, and Smith, 15, are freshmen at Fayetteville's Trinity Christian School and teammates on the Fayetteville Seminoles travel team. Twelve days after Smith made SportsCenter with a dunk that ranked No. 9 out of 10 plays, he helped Parker top the list. Here's the video:
