The Washington Wizards have promoted former advance scout Pat Sullivan to the role of full-time assistant. Sullivan joined the Wizards last season after having previous stints as an assistant with the Detroit Pistons and the New Jersey Nets. Sullivan played college basketball at North Carolina, where he was one of just eight Tar Heels to reach three Final Fours (1991, 1993 and 1995).
