Roy Williams offers 2015 SF Brandon Ingram
Posted Jul 30, 2013
Brandon Ingram, a 2015 6'6" small forward from Kinston, NC, has received a scholarship offer from North Carolina, according to multiple reports. The offer should come as no surprise given that Ingram has attended multiple UNC games in the past couple of years and has a well-established relationship with Roy Williams and staff.
Ingram, rated a 5-star recruit by ESPN and a 4-star talent by Scout, Rivals, and 247 Sports, hails from the same hometown as fellow Kinston natives and UNC alums Jerry Stackhouse and Reggie Bullock. The offer was announced the same day as Williams' offer to 2015 point guard P.J. Dozier. The two recruits possess the third and fourth offers extended in UNC's 2015 basketball recruiting class.
