Posted Jul 12, 2007
Charlotte Latin quarterback Braden Hanson committed to North Carolina. Hanson, a 6-foot-6, 190-pound left-hander, completed 70 percent of his passes for 2,695 yards and 39 touchdowns. He led Charlotte Latin to the N.C. Independent Schools Athletic Association 3A championship. Hanson said his decision was cemented after a three-day camp last month in Chapel Hill, but North Carolina was high on his list of schools all along.
