Rough night at the foul line leads to late-night shooting session for J.P. Tokoto
Posted Nov 18, 2013
With the Smith Center quiet at 9:30 on Sunday night, J.P. Tokoto worked on his free throws with two men helping corral rebounds. Hours earlier, the sophomore swingman fought his free throw stroke through nearly all of North Carolina’s 83-80 loss to Belmont. Of his 16 attempts, he hit just four. “I’ve never shot that bad from the free throw line,” Tokoto said after the game.
