Brian Chacos' dad, Andy, had played at Carolina back in the '70s, so he knew what the Victory Bell meant. But by the time Brian got to UNC in 2001, the bell had been in the Heels' possession for 11 straight seasons and was starting to get taken for granted. (Chapel Hill Magazine)
