Roy Williams adjusts point guard approach in Kentucky rematch
Posted Dec 13, 2013
When the Wildcats face the Tar Heels on Saturday, it will be their first meeting since December 2011, when Anthony Davis blocked a John Henson jumper to seal a 73-72 victory for Kentucky. It won a national championship four months later without confronting UNC, which had freshman Stilman White running the team in an Elite Eight loss to Kansas. That game changed Roy Williams’ outlook on point guard depth.
