UNC coach Dean Smith recently received the prestigious Presidential Medal of Freedom and was honored at halftime of the Tar Heels game against Kentucky. Mrs. Linnea Smith along with former players Phil Ford and Eric Montross spoke to the sold out Smith Center crowd about their appreciation for the impact Coach Smith had not only on their lives but those of others.
