Posted Jan 17, 2014
Iona Prep small forward Matt Ryan has a possible torn labrum and could miss the remainder of the season, his father told SNY.tv Friday. He is due to get an MRI on Wednesday. “If it’s torn and they have to repair it, he’s out for the season,” Rich Ryan told SNY.tv. The 6-foot-5 Ryan, who runs with the New Heights AAU program, is being recruited by Notre Dame, Duke, North Carolina, Vanderbilt, Stanford and others.
