Tar Heels alter lineup as they look to change fortunes

Roy Williams said there’s a chance UNC might roll out its altered starting lineup again for tonight’s game at Virginia. Or maybe not, the coach said. Either way, Williams made it clear that inserting Leslie McDonald and Jackson Simmons as starters against Boston College and removing Nate Britt and Joel James from the first unit weren’t decisions based entirely on merit.
