Leslie McDonald’s big game provides lift for North Carolina

Late in North Carolina’s 84-70 victory against N.C. State, Leslie McDonald got the ball on a fast break and went up for a dunk. He got high enough, but lost control of the ball resulting in an attempt that clanged off the back rim and rattled out. Had the jam gone, it would have been a fitting cap to a strong performance.
