"It's been a long road," Ethan Farmer told Tar Heel Illustrated about his time at North Carolina. "When I first got here I got recruited as a tight end, and then I had to switch over (to the defensive line). I've come a long way from Quinton Coples to Tim and Kareem from the past year. They just told me I had to step up and be a leader, and that's what I'm doing."
