Tatum, Giles, Smith, Adebayo Among Updated 2016 ESPN Top 60


ESPN recently updated their 2016 basketball recruiting Top-60, and there were several UNC recruits high on the list. Small forward (St. Louis, Mo.) was the highest UNC recruit on the list at No. 3, followed closely by power forward (Winston-Salem, NC) at No. 5.

Fayetteville, NC point guard , Jr. is also in the top-10 at No. 9, while power forward Edrice Adebayo (Pinetown, NC) sits at No. 12. Ultra-athletic guard from Columbia, SC also made the list and is ranked No. 20.

Each of those players currently hold a scholarship offer from except for Smith, who should be receiving an offer shortly once he has a chance to meet with Williams in person on a soon-to-be-scheduled campus visit. You can view the complete 2016 ESPN Top 60 here.

Other recruits expected to receive UNC interest this summer include No. 1 Thon Maker, a 7-foot center from Martinsville, VA, shooting guard (Bentonville, AR), small forward (Akron, OH), and shooting guard (Minnetonka, MN).
