Switzer, Hibbard Named Preseason All-America

UNC's Ryan Switzer and Tommy Hibbard have been named to Phil Steele's 2014 Preseason All-America Team, the annual preview publication announced Friday. Switzer was a first-team selection at punt returner and Hibbard was a third-team selection at punter. In 2013, Switzer tied the NCAA record with five punt return touchdowns and is now just three shy of the career mark.
