ACC Basketball Recruiting Update, Part Two
Posted May 15, 2007
With at least three roster spots available for juniors, the Tar Heels appear to be targeting a center, a power forward and a point guard. They have extended early scholarship offers to California point guard Larry Drew, Georgia power forward Al-Farouq Aminu, Virginia power forward Ed Davis and New Jersey center Samardo Samuels.(All four prospects are ranked among the top 25 in their class, with all but Drew in the top 10.) Drew has narrowed the field to UNC, UCLA and Arizona.
