Preseason position review: Running game
Posted Jul 2, 2014
After the calendar flipped to November, UNC's ground game flourished, averaging 5.1 yards-per-carry and scoring 13 times, while helping the Heels to a 5-1 finish. Now, T.J. Logan is back to lead a particularly deep corps of runners, and Marquise Williams is as good a threat to run as any QB in the league. If the offensive line can hold up, UNC's ground game should be vastly improved in 2014.
