Football commits Carl Tucker, Anthony Ratliff sign with UNC


Class of 2015 North Carolina commits and Anthony Ratliff made it official today as they signed financial aid agreements for UNC. Tucker is a 6-foot-1, 225 WR/TE from Hough High School in Cornelius (NC) with 4.60 second 40-yard dash speed. Ratliff is a 6-foot-1. 205-pound dual-threat quarterback from Butler High School in Matthews (NC). Ratliff runs a 4.50. Signing the financial aid agreement binds the school to the player and secures the prospect a spot in the recruiting class. (Carolina Blue)
