Busy Brad Daugherty back in basketball

Black Mountain native and former Owen High, North Carolina and NBA star Brad Daugherty, who made the transition to NASCAR race-team owner, is excited about his return to basketball in December when he will begin covering college and NBA games for ESPN. Daugherty, 48, will be covering games on ACC’s Sunday night package and will also work some NBA games beginning in January.
