P.J. Dozier, Scout.com's No. 33 ranked player, announced his college decision on Wednesday. Dozier, a standout at Columbia (S.C.) Spring Valley, opted to stay local and picked South Carolina over scholarship offers from Louisville, Georgetown, North Carolina and Michigan. Why did he opt for the Gamecocks? Upward Stars coach Curt Wheeler said proximity was the deciding factor.
