UNC quarterback commit Nathan Elliott threw six touchdown passes to give him more than 100 in his high school career in defeating Iowa Park, 49-27, in the regional round of the 4A D2 playoffs. New Bern QB/Safety Mike Hughes helped defeat Durham Hillside, 13-7, in the third round of the NCHSAA 4A playoffs. Hughes threw two touchdown passes and rushed for 64 yards.
