Issues fluctuate for UNC basketball

It has been a season with fleeting elements for North Carolina’s men’s basketball team. Coach Roy Williams can identify a problem, then it might look fixed. By then, something else is bound to crop up. “They’re not there, but they’ll have moments,” Williams said, describing the Tar Heels, who play today at home for the first time in nearly three weeks when Alabama-Birmingham visits.
