Bruce Carter earns nicknames ‘the closer’ and ‘King Carter’ after two-interception game

The Dallas Cowboys have started calling linebacker Bruce Carter “the closer” because of his key late-game interceptions in some games this season to put teams away. Carter had two more interceptions Sunday against Redskins quarterback Robert Griffin III and finished the regular-season with a team-best five. Cowboys defensive end Anthony Spencer said Carter is doing everything right.
