Dexter Reid arrested on gun and drug charges

Defensive back Dexter Reid, who played his college football at North Carolina, was arrested on gun and drug charges yesterday after being pulled over on suspicion of drunken driving. While officers were investigating, they found a handgun and marijuana in the vehicle. Reid, 26, was cooperative with officers, who charged him with first-offense possession of a concealed weapon and with a felony charge of possession of marijuana.
