Why Cowboys' Bruce Carter is finally living up to his draft position

The Cowboys are finally seeing the Bruce Carter they’ve been talking about for four years. And that’s because Carter finally has his eyes in the right spot. Over the last month, the Cowboys linebacker has been as consistent and impactful as he has ever been since Dallas drafted him in the second round in 2011 out of North Carolina.
