Ty Lawson, Nuggets teammate Arron Afflalo endorse George Karl for Sacramento Kings job

The venerable former Nuggets coach had been named as a prime candidate to replace Michael Malone when he was fired by former Nuggets vice president of basketball operations Pete D'Alessandro in mid-December.
