Tar Heels' starters beat fatigue to earn victory

In the second half of North Carolina's 81-67 win over Michigan State on Saturday, North Carolina coach called a timeout. But he did not have anything to say. He just wanted to give his team a "breather." Williams drastically shortened his bench in the second half. and each played 20 minutes and was on the floor for 15 – despite migraine issues.
