Chazz Surratt has narrowed his list of future college football destinations to four. On Tuesday, he’ll tell everyone which is No. 1. East Lincoln’s dynamic two-sport athlete will give his verbal commitment to either Duke, North Carolina, Vanderbilt or Wake Forest at the end of the school day on Tuesday, the junior told the Lincoln Times-News in a text message Sunday. Surratt will make his announcement in front of the student body at 2:40 p.m., he said.
