10. Reggie Bullock Class of 2010 Sometimes the forgotten member of UNC’s stellar 2010 trio, Bullock was actually the higher-rated prospect than point guard Kendall Marshall. The in-state guard was committed to the Tar Heels for two full years before signing, and the lack of drama surrounding his recruitment made some fans sleep on him as a high school player.
