ESPN basketball recruiting director talks new ESPN100 and why Harry Giles is No. 1

Power forward Harry Giles III from Wesleyan Christian in North Carolina moved to the top of the ESPN100. Giles was the lone junior to be named to the American Family Insurance ALL-USA first team. He is followed by a pair of small forwards Jayson Tatum of Chaminade College Prep in St. Louis and Josh Jackson, from Southfield, Mich., who attends Prolific Prep.
