North Carolina's Larry Fedora — part coach, part chemist, part meteorologist. Sort of. He’s the leader of UNC’s football program and is forecasting that an expected storm from the NCAA will pass without doing much damage to his experiment four seasons in the making inside Kenan Football Center, a laboratory that until at least January was missing a key element: Gene Chizik.
