Wenyen Gabriel Cuts List to 5, Eliminates UNC

Five-star forward Wenyen Gabriel is down to five schools: Connecticut, Duke, Kentucky, Maryland, and Providence made the cut for Gabriel, a 6-9, 195-pound combo forward from Wilbraham (Mass.) Wilbraham & Monson Academy. Duke (Oct 16), Kentucky (Sep 25) and Maryland (Sep 4) have been scheduled to receive official visits. Ranked No. 23 in theTop247 and No. 56 in the 247Sports Composite, Gabriel held a scholarship offer from UNC and was one of the standouts this summer on the travel circuit.
