Leading most of the way, No. 5 North Carolina repelled every Maryland comeback attempt except its last, as the Terrapins won their fifth straight with a thrilling 89-87 victory Sunday at the Comcast Center; and in the meantime, snapped a five-game losing streak to the Tar Heels. "We had another breakdown," Reyshawn Terry said. "We lacked focus. We didn't convert the way we should down the stretch."
