North Carolina rallied from 21 points down to score a 38-31 victory and beat Georgia Tech in Atlanta for the first time since 1997. This 21-point rally was the largest comeback in Carolina history. The previous was 17 at Georgia Tech in 1987 and vs. Virginia in 1997. Marquise Williams has now accounted for 69 career touchdowns, which ranks second all-time at UNC.
