Hard practice gets UNC ready for BC

Marcus Ginyard thought it had been a good practice for the North Carolina men's basketball team. But what he and teammate Bobby Frasor noticed after Thursday's workout confirmed Ginyard's suspicion. "We looked at everybody else dragging around and so tired after practice, and we said, 'That was a good one. We needed that...to get our mind right and start getting ready for Boston College.'"
