“No he’s not! Yes he is!” Jones Angell exclaimed those words three years ago when Giovani Bernard returned a Wolfpack punt for a game-winning touchdown. The game, on October 27, 2012, was tied at 35 with 30 seconds left in regulation. NC State punter Wil Baumann stood on his team’s 11 yard line.
