San Francisco 49ers Sign RB Shaun Draughn

The San Francisco 49ers announced on Monday that they have signed RB Shaun Draughn to a one-year deal. A 27-year-old native of Tarboro, NC, Draughn attended the University of North Carolina, where he appeared in 44 games, and finished his career with 2,070 yards rushing and 10 touchdowns along with 50 receptions for 268 receiving yards and one touchdown.
